Terms of Service

Unless changes in scope or additional development items are requested, the total monthly cost [CLIENT] membership will be billed monthly in advance, processed by ACH (automated clearing house) or Credit card each month. 

Concerning any items or features requested by the Client not listed [CLIENT] membership proposal, Contractor HQ will provide estimates for the additional scope of work before beginning work or incurring additional costs. At any time, you may request an update on the budget and timeline of your project.

Sometimes what may appear to be a small change or revision is, for technical reasons, a large and time-consuming one. Please note that for this reason anything not specifically included in this proposal is not considered part of the scope and scale of this project.

Digital Asset Management:
As with all Contractor HQ clients in good financial standing, you will maintain ownership of all created and shared digital assets including password profiles, email accounts, hosting information, domain details, design files, code and databases (where applicable).
Please note: some types of “Digital Assets” are leased or licensed for use and are subject to third party Terms and Conditions that are outside of the Contractor HQ policy.
*Licensed asset: Contractor HQ will manage a hosted website platform on behalf of [CLIENT]. [CLIENT] maintains ownership of the content (images and words), branding, sitemap and URL structure. However, the website cannot be transferred or moved to another server.
